Albus Washrooms has grown as a brainchild out of our established Clinical Waste Business Albus Hygiene and Washrooms. The business was established by our Managing Director Andrew White in 2019. He is passionate about the industry, looking at innovative ways, ensuring value for money for customers and ensuring sustainability remains high on our business strategy.

Our services include commercial washroom support; floor-care; hygiene material provisions – such as dispensers, hand sanitiser, soap and paper towels, mats – and waste management services. Our Washroom Management Services FAQs

Washroom hygiene services typically include the supply and servicing of sanitary bins, toilet roll dispensers, hand washing solutions, air care, washroom vending machines and baby care facilities.

We also offer entrance and logo matting plus clinical waste disposal. We collect and dispose of the waste, and this will be dependent on the frequency you chose.

The frequency of visits is dependent on your needs, the amount of foot traffic, and specific business requirements. Options could range from weekly to monthly services, ensuring facilities are always up to standard.

We will discuss your needs to work out what is the best option for you. Customers with multiple locations can select difference frequencies for each location and frequencies can be changed as needed.

We are licenced by the Environment Agency Licence - EPR/JB3604FF and all our operatives undertake a rigorous initial training programme along with continuous ongoing training to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Our disposal sites ensure strict and stringent waste disposal methods, ensuring safe and compliant handling of all waste, keeping the customer fully compliant with all waste disposal regulations. We are proud to be ISO accredited to 9001 and 14001.

Proper management of sanitary waste requires strict adherence to legal and environmental regulations. This means that employees, as well as standard domestic or commercial cleaners, are not permitted to handle or dispose of substances that are classified as hazardous to health.

All sanitary and offensive waste must be collected and managed by a licensed waste carrier, who holds a valid contract with an authorised disposal facility. Furthermore, a complete and traceable audit trail must be maintained, with all documentation recorded and securely stored for a minimum of two years following each collection.
